Life is for living... Since re-discovering the joys of being physically alive, I've chosen to live my life as vibrantly as possible. Enjoying health; physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and just having fun!! I wanted to document my journey, from being an overweight couch potato (weighing 24 stone, and being 6'2" tall), unable to move, to someone without fat, tons of energy, and a physically healthy physique.
